1. Data We Collect
Account: name, email, company, billing, support interactions.Service: Instagram DMs (text/emoji/attachments not analyzed), voice messages, Instagram IDs, conversation/qualification stats.Technical: device, IP, logs/events for security & diagnostics.
2. How We Use Data
Provide, maintain, and secure the Service; support; prevent abuse.Generate automated replies using AI (only data necessary for inference is sent to the AI provider).Produce non-identifying usage statistics for your dashboard; meet legal/accounting obligations.
3. Legal Bases (EU)
Performance of contract; legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product analytics).For Customer DMs, we act as processor on your behalf.
4. Sharing (Sub-processors)
We use trusted providers as needed, including:Hosting: Render — EU (Frankfurt).AI inference: OpenAI (only necessary prompts/metadata are sent).A current list is available on request.
5. Storage & Transfers
Primary hosting in the EU (Frankfurt).If a transfer outside the EU/EEA is required, we apply appropriate safeguards where legally required (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Retention & Deletion
DMs: kept 12 months by default.Logs: kept up to 90 days.End of contract: Customer Data deleted within 30 days (backups purge on their normal cycle).Export: no self-service; reasonable assistance on request (no custom development).
8. Your Rights & Requests
For access, rectification, deletion, portability or objection, contact contact@apmsetting.ai.We assist Customers (as controllers) with end-user requests about their DMs.
9. Children
Not intended for individuals under 18; business use only.
